Vacuum pumps BW

 

The BW vacuum pump is an oil- sealed, double-stage, rotary vane vacuum pump with a direct drive which transmits torque from the electric motor to the rotor. They can be used both for continuous and intermittent operation and can work in the pressure range from 30 to 1x10-2 hPa in the former case . In the latter case the pressure can range from atmospheric to (about 1000hPa) do 1x10-2 hPa

The pumps of this type are intended for operation in the moderate climate at the ambient temperatures ranging from 10 to 400C. They can work separately or act as backing pumps for diffusion, turbomolecular and cryogenic pumps.

  • Optimal lubricating in a closed cycle with continuous filtration of oil.
  • Availability for pumping aggressive gases.
  • Built-in anti-suckback valve preventing oil backstreeming and aeration. 
  • Extended life expectancy thanks to special treatment. 

 

  • Operation at the ambient temperatures ranging from 12°C to 35°C. 
  • Operation as a single unit or as a back-up pump. 
  • No water cooling required.
  • Suitable for different power supply systems. 
  • Provided with outlet mist filters preventing polluting. 
  • In-factory tests according to the ISO/R16 and DIN2846 norms.
