Universal smoke chamber KW
A smokehouse allows for thermal processing of meat, cured meat products, fish, poultry and cheese.
Mitsubishi controller allows for performing the following technological processes: preheat, drying, cold and hot smoking, smoking with steaming and chilling.
The chamber is adapted to trolleys type "Z" and "H" size 1000 x1000 x 2000 mm.
We produce smokehouses for:
1- trolley with the possibility of loading up to 200 kg of the product
2- trolleys with the possibility of loading up to 400 kg of the product,
3- trolleys with the possibility of loading up to 600 kg of the product
4- trolleys with the possibility of loading up to 800 kg of the product.
and also other sizes, depending on the needs of the customer and technical capabilities.
Available heat sources:
- electric energy (type KW),
- technological steam (type KP),
- gas (type KR)
- oil (type KD).
A temperature control range from 10 to 140°C, power 3x400V, operating water pressure 0.2-0.3 MPa., 6 bar air pressure.
Smokehouse includes:
- chamber,
- wood chips smoke generator,
- control cabinet,
- washer,
- set of chimneys.
