Advantages

While looking at the shop shelves we can notice that the most common food package is a plastic bag.
Having many advantages, appreciated for both food-consumers and producers, plastic bag seems to reach a great popularity. Plastic bag, from which air has been evacuated, guarantees than the product will retain its freshness, smell and taste. Such vacuous conditions prevent the product from drying and make the product's usefulness longer.

If it is about medical equipment it may be applied to ensure its sterility and to help to avoid corrosion of electronic components. Plastic foil is a relatively cheap material and allows to place useful information about he product on it, what can be an ideal way to advertise the product.

Packing process

1) Place the bags containing the products to be packed in the chamber with the open end of the bag on the heating element.
If using gas backfiIling, ensure that the open end of the bag is placed over the gas induction nozzle.

2.) Closing the lid automatically starts the packing cycle:
a) a vacuum is formed in the chamber (in the gas injection models, gas enters the bag first);
b) the packaging machine automatically seals the bags.
Vacuum levels and heat sealing times are operator variable

3) After completion of the packaging cycle the lid opens au- tomatically, the operator removes the packaged product and repeats the cycle.
