Application
The grinder is used for grinding meat and other eatable slaughter products. It can also be used in dairy production and fruit grinding.
Functions
Through very precise process of cutting it allows to use parts of stomach, intestines, lungs, tendons, and dugs to produce many kinds of sausages. It gives a better taste and consistency of food. The colloidal grinders play great part in production of liver sausages, pies and sauces. Sufficient content of water and fat in ground stock is indispensable for good grinding. To reach the best efficiency the stock should contain at least 40% of water or 20% of fat.
Construction
The coloidal grinder is made of acid resistant and stainless steel. The cutting pieces are anodised.Engine and grinder are tightened by the Simmer rings. With a protective thrower.
